Zachary S. Dresben is a California licensed professional fiduciary specializing in highly personalized concierge fiduciary services for high-net-worth clients, and trusts and estates with complex parties, assets, and legal or tax issues.  He serves as a third-party neutral trustee, executor, personal representative, and in other special positions of trust, confidence, and responsibility to his clients, protecting their health, safety, financial assets, and quality of life.

Zachary’s asset management experience includes residential and commercial real estate, investment accounts, fiduciary management of corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, as well as artwork, intellectual property, cryptocurrencies, and other complex assets.  He administers all forms of trust and estate matters, including probate and litigation-related cases.

Before establishing his fiduciary practice, Zachary practiced for more than 15 years as a trusts and estates attorney in Los Angeles.  He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, accredited by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.  Throughout his legal career, he represented more than two dozen California licensed professional fiduciaries, and advised high-net-worth families on estate and tax planning.  Drawing on his extensive legal background and experience working with California's leading professional fiduciaries, Zachary’s approach to fiduciary services is relationship-driven, collaborative, and grounded in integrity, privacy, flexibility, responsiveness, and compassion.
